Update on Maison Berthe Morisot!

Longhouse Founders Marianne Magnin and Elizabeth Frost Pierson are pleased to announce their collaboration with the Fleming-Wyfold Art Foundation and Maison Berthe Morisot in Bougival, France. Celebrating both the work of the Scottish Impressionists - the Boys and Girls of Glasgow - along with the opening of the new Maison Berthe Morisot this exhibition explores themes of children in nature, two subjects that Morisot painted throughout her career.

Opening in September, Maison Berthe Morisot will serve as a place for the public to learn about an important female artist who worked at the epicenter of the Impressionist movement, and who tapped into themes of nature that find resonance today. Co-Curators are Theodore Albano of the Fleming-Wyfold Art Foundation, Christine Dezaunay of Maison Berthe Morisot and Longhouse Founders Marianne Magnin and Elizabeth Frost Pierson.
